Okay, I’m starting to get over the anger from the last post. I’m still really disappointed, but I’m not about to kill anyone anymore.
On the homefront, we got a new shower head FINALLY! See, you don’t understand. This summer, my dad replaced our old shower with a new, crappy one. Funny thing is that I noticed he replaced the shower in his bathroom at about the same time with a much nicer one. Whatever. Anyway, this shower sucked so badly. It only had one small stream of water coming out of it. Basically, it looked like the shower was peeing. After much complaining from my mom and I, my dad replaced it yesterday. Thank you God!! I guess my dad felt guilty because he bought us the best shower in the world!! It is a thing of beauty, with 5 adjustable speeds. I am so happy. I’m actually enjoying showering again.
Secondly, I know I don’t talk a lot about my new boyfriend, basically because I wanted to be sure things would work. And fortunately, they have! I am absolutely crazy about this guy!! Anyhow, to give a bit of background, he’s a teacher at my old high school. And before you even think – NO, he was not there when I was!! I would not do that!! Anyhow, I’m going to a Christmas party with him on Friday that’s thrown ever year by one of my old teachers. Apparently there’s plenty of alcohol. Okay, try to wrap your brains around this one. I’m going out on Friday to get drunk with my old teachers. Does that have a high weirdness factor or what??!! I’m actually looking forward to it, but I’m sure there will be a few awkward moments. Hmm…good think there will be plenty of alcohol!
