Yay! I finally fixed my computer. Somehow, (I have no clue how this happened) Internet Explorer got deleted off of my computer. Because of this, MSN no longer worked. So, I reinstalled both of them, and now the computer is happy again. And so am I.
Secondly, I got a phone call from my doctor last night informing me that I do indeed have celiac. The sucky part of this is that it’s an autoimmune disease. There’s no cure, but to get relief from the symptoms, I can’t eat anything with gluten. This includes things like wheat, barley, rye, etc. However, believe it or not, I’m really happy about this. Why? Because I will finally stop feeling sick every time I eat and I will finally have energy. Right now, I’m constantly tired. I could take a nap from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep. After many years, I finally have an answer. It’s not that I’m just bored or not exercising enough. It’s not any medication I take or that I’m not getting enough sleep. I’m so sick of people telling me these things. So ha. I actually have a disease that makes me really tired. See? It’s not just my imagination. It wasn’t until I looked up my symptoms on Web MD that I figured out I had either an underactive thyroid or celiac or both. I then demanded my doctor test me for them, and lo and behold, the celiac came back positive. Told ya so. Yes, I know I’m gloating. But I think I’ve earned it, don’t you?
