Okay, I’m going to throw myself a little pity party for a few minutes. Let me fill you in on a bit of background info first. My diet is always a bit screwed up. I’m lactose intolerant, allergic to nuts, and I can’t eat any refined sugar. Guess what? I just found out that I probably have either a wheat allergy or celiac disease (a weird wheat intolerance), so no wheat for me. This in addition to the fact that I just got my period (cramps!) and chipped my bottom front tooth last night, which wouldn’t be so bad if the jagged edge didn’t keep cutting my tongue every two seconds. Anyhow, it looks as though it will be rice and salads for me. That’s about all. So, I’m figuring that I should just try out for Survivor next time because, hey, I’ll already be accustomed to the starvations diet! Maybe with the million bucks, I can get my tooth fixed!!
Okay, pity party’s over. So I’ll have to add wheat/gluten to the list of things I can’t eat. It’s better than being in Mexico being drowned by Wilma, in Turkey where there’s *nothing* to eat, or worst of all, in New Orleans being looked after by FEMA. Maybe I should ship all my unopened and now essentially useless wheat-filled products there…
