Okay, back to reality. I can’t really avoid it, can I? This week has been so fun. I’ve been completely ignoring that there’s a life-defining presidential election tomorrow. It’s been so nice to tune out all that political garbage. But, all good things must come to an end. I’ve decided that I’m hibernating tomorrow. (I already voted by absentee ballot) I will not be turning on the tv or the computer. I’m just going to watch fluffy, happy movies – The Lizzie Maguire Movie, New York Minute, What a Girl Wants, Harry Potter, etc. Life will be very good. I just hope we have a president on Wednesday morning. I just don’t see this happening, though. After the 2000 fiasco (thank you so much Florida. you shouldn’t be allowed to vote this year after the mess you created last time), I don’t see us ever having a “normal” election again. Unless one candidate wins by such a landslide that it’s incontestable, recounts will be going on in at least one state. Maybe I should just hope that we have a president before 2005.
I guess it was inevitable
