Well, I’m finally back in Pittsburgh for a few days. It feels good to be home for a little while. The dog is totally loving all the park action. I’m so happy that they finally opened the dog park that my friends and I have been begging for for over 3 years. It is *so* nice!! Not to mention HUGE, which makes me even happier. It’s nice to finally have a place for our dogs to run around, socialize, and well…just be dogs.
I have a lot of stuff planned for this visit, too. We’re going to the Renaissance Festival this weekend. I can’t wait!! Yes, I dress up. Yes, I am a geek. I live so far into the geek forest that it isn’t even funny. I have an awesome tree house that’s further in than the band kids, but not quite as far in as the D&D people or the Civil War reenactors. But rest assured, I’m very comfortable and happy in my geekhood.
And last but not least, a very happy birthday to one of the coolest uncles in the world! Happy birthday Tom!!
