Wow!! What a busy week it has been. Fun, though. Can’t deny that. Been having lots o’ laughs with Mom, Sister, and the Girlcousins.
I have to admit that my mom and I have become Democratic National Convention junkies. We watch it from 8-11 every night. It’s been a blast, though. They have a ton of great speakers. I especially liked Barack Obama, Ron Reagan, and Theresa Heinz Kerry. John Edwards was good, too. Although there was some rhetoric (”You can’t run. You can’t hide. We will destroy you.”) that made me think he was channeling Bush. But overall, I thought he was still good. Clinton was especially fun. Hearing him speak, I remembered what it was like to have a smart president. Amazing. I can’t wait to see John Kerry tonight. He should be good. With any luck, I’ll get home from school on time.
And one more thing…Michael Moore really needs to update his blog. I was expecting a really cool one from him, but no. He’s done a grand total of 2 entries. Boo. I was at least expecting posts about the DNC. But alas, he’s let me down. How sad.
